1. Acceptance of Terms

By renting equipment or using services from Jamesionyes Co., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period & Pricing

Standard rentals include a fixed period as quoted. Additional days, overweight charges, or late pickups may incur fees outlined in your written estimate.

3. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to dispose of prohibited materials including hazardous waste, paint, tires, batteries, asbestos, or chemicals.

• Do not exceed the fill line of the container.
• Provide safe, accessible placement area.
• Customer is responsible for property damage caused by customer-directed placement.

4. Liability

Jamesionyes Co. is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces resulting from agreed-upon placement, normal use, or weather conditions.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
